Using Casino Check Ireland
These terms apply when you access or use Casino Check Ireland. By continuing to use the service, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
Casino Check Ireland provides general information intended to help adults examine gambling operators, payment arrangements, licensing records and warning signs. The information is not gambling, legal, financial or therapeutic advice. It does not replace your own checks or advice from a suitably qualified professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to use gambling-related material. You are responsible for complying with any age restriction, account condition or law that applies to you. Access to information does not mean that gambling is lawful or suitable in every circumstance.
What the information covers
Material may include summaries of public records, explanations of verification steps, operator information and practical guidance. Reviews and warnings are prepared according to the checks described in our methodology. The presence of an operator in a list or review does not amount to approval, certification or a promise of safety.
Regulatory arrangements can change. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 establishes the statutory framework and the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, commonly known as GRAI. GRAI began accepting remote and in-person betting licence applications in February 2026 and has described the transition from Revenue licensing. Revenue also publishes a monthly register of licensed remote bookmaking operations.
A record can only support what it states at the time checked. It cannot establish that every service, transaction or claim made by an operator is reliable. Users should carry out a fresh licence check before relying on licensing information.
No guarantee of accuracy or availability
We aim to present information clearly and to distinguish official records from operator statements and other reports. However, we do not guarantee that every item will always be complete, current or free from error. Registers, laws, operator details, payment options, website addresses and service conditions may be amended without notice to us.
Dates showing when a source was checked describe our review of that source; they are not a guarantee that nothing changed afterwards. A missing entry may have several explanations and should not, by itself, be treated as proof that an operator is unlawful. Equally, an entry in an official register does not guarantee withdrawals, customer service, game fairness or the outcome of a dispute.
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, security work or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may correct, update, reorganise or remove material when needed. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent retention of any particular item.
Your responsibility for decisions
You remain responsible for deciding whether to open an account, deposit money, share personal information or use a gambling service. Before acting, confirm the operator’s legal identity, relevant domain name, licence position, account terms, payment rules and contact details from current records.
Do not treat rankings, summaries, warning labels or review conclusions as instructions to gamble. Personal circumstances differ, and no general assessment can determine whether gambling is affordable or appropriate for you. Never gamble with money required for rent, food, bills, debt payments or other essentials.
If gambling is causing harm or feels difficult to control, stop and use the resources listed under responsible gambling. In an immediate crisis, contact the appropriate emergency or urgent support service. Informational material is not a substitute for professional help.
Acceptable use
You may read the material for personal, non-commercial purposes and may share an ordinary link to a publicly available route. You must use the service lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or availability.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass technical restrictions, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape it in a manner that disrupts normal use, or use its content to mislead another person. You must not present our findings as your own regulatory decision, professional advice or guarantee.
You may quote brief extracts where permitted by law and where the meaning is represented accurately. Substantial copying, systematic republication, sale, licensing or creation of a competing database requires prior written permission unless the law clearly allows the proposed use. Names and marks belonging to gambling operators or public bodies remain the property of their respective owners.
External records and third-party services
References to public authorities and external records are included so that users can understand the basis of limited factual statements. External services are controlled by their own providers. Their availability, accessibility, security, content and privacy practices are not controlled by Casino Check Ireland.
The Revenue register is a source for the licensing information it publishes. GRAI’s operator portal explains its application process and the Revenue transition. The enacted Gambling Regulation Act 2024 and the relevant government commencement announcement provide official information about the statutory framework and 2026 transition dates. These sources should be read within their stated scope.
A reference to an operator, regulator, payment provider or external service does not imply endorsement, partnership or responsibility for that organisation. If you follow an external reference, its own terms and privacy arrangements apply. Check the destination and domain name before submitting credentials, documents or payment details.
Complaints, corrections and user submissions
If you believe information is inaccurate, outdated or unfairly presented, use the contact route and identify the relevant material. Include a concise explanation and, where possible, a current official record supporting the requested correction. Do not send account passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary identity documents.
We may examine a correction request against available records and update material where appropriate. Submission does not guarantee removal, a particular conclusion or a response within a particular period. We may retain enough information to understand the request and maintain an appropriate editorial record, subject to applicable privacy arrangements.
Reports about an operator may be useful context, but an allegation is not an established fact merely because it has been submitted. We may seek supporting documents, redact personal information, summarise a report, decline publication or remove material that cannot be responsibly supported.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Casino Check Ireland is not responsible for gambling losses, missed winnings, account restrictions, delayed withdrawals, identity checks, payment disputes, operator insolvency, reliance on outdated information or decisions made by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
You are responsible for protecting your devices, account credentials and personal information. Use unique passwords, check domain names carefully and contact the relevant provider promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or payment activity. Casino Check Ireland does not operate gambling accounts, hold player funds or decide operator complaints.
Where a dispute concerns an operator, payment provider or regulator, direct it to the organisation responsible and follow its applicable process. Our complaints guidance may help you organise records, but we cannot compel another organisation to respond or reach a particular result.

Changes and continued use
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, public records, legal requirements or operational practice. Revised wording applies from the time it is made available. Continuing to use the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent possible. A delay in enforcing a provision does not amount to a permanent waiver of it.
Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact route. A question about gambling regulation, an operator’s licence or an individual dispute may need to be directed to the relevant authority, operator or qualified adviser.
